Sometimes the shipping journey is a rough one. So what can you do if your hamper arrives damaged or is not what you'd hoped?
If you are not 100% happy with your New Mama Kit gift hamper we will happily replace it for you, or send out the missing item. Please contact us as soon as possible about your order.

New Mama Kit has gone to great lengths to source products perfect for New Mamas. When our suppliers cannot stock goods, we reserve the right to replace any items in the kit with goods of equal value and quality.
If you experience any adverse effects from any products inside your New Mama Kit, please contact the manufacturer of the product via their label or packaging. If you need any contact information for any product manufacturer we will happily supply this to you.
